How long does shipping take?

Check listing for the most up to date turnaround time. Shipping depends on if you pick standard (3-7 business days) or Priority (2-3 business days) once shipped this time is not included in the turnaround time.

Please check listings as some items have different turnaround time.

If you need by a certain date you can always message us to determine if we can accommodate your request

We cannot guarantee a delivery date, we can only give you an estimate. Once the package is picked up from USPS it's out of our control and we are not responsible for lost, delay or missing packaged.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you check out as we are not responsible if you provide the wrong address but we will help to our best ability to help you recover the package.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once we purchase a shipping label.

What if my item was damaged during shipping?

If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the box it came in within 24 hours of delivery!

How do I return an item?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Unless there is an issue as a mistake on our behalf like the font, item received, or wrong color
