Shipping
What are your shipping methods?
We ship with USPS or UPS.
Can I make an order and pick it up?
Yes.
When doing a pick up order you will receive an email when your item is ready for pick up.
Please keep in mind the business hours when coming to pick up.
Business Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST
How much does shipping cost me?
Shipping will be calucated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items due to USPS but we will do what we can to help you receive your package.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days or sooner with tracking.
Shipping depends on if you pick standard (3-7 business days) or Prioirty (2-3 business days) once shipped this time is not included in the turnaround time.
During busy times of the year shipping might be a little longer please check listings for the most up to date shipping turnaround time for that item.
Your invoice will give you your exact date it is to ship.

You can subscribe to our page at the bottom of any page by providing a vaild email.
What is the processing time?
Processing time is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping.
Processing times may vary per item. For details, see individual items.
Processing time is different from shipping time.
Please reach out to us with a message if you need an item by a certain date.
Do you also have a physical store?
No.
We have a warehouse with a small office space just for local pick ups.
No physical store is available for shopping, all shopping is done on our online store.
Do I have the right to return an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Do I have the right to cancel an item?
I gladly accept cancellations.
Request a cancellation within 1 Hour of purchase.

What if my item was damaged during shipping?
If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the box it came in within 24 hours of delivery!
What if I need to reach the store?
The best way to reach us is to use the chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If there are ANY issues with your order, please send us a message with any concerns or issues about your order as soon as possible. We would like to address any concerns with orders asap.
What are the care instructions for items with vinyl?
Wash with warm soapy water, do not scrub or soak the item. All items are made with high quality outdoor vinyl so we do NOT recommend putting in the dishwasher to microwave as the heat can ruin the vinyl.
How will I know how to care for my items?
Each item has care instructions listed under the product descriptions.
